All Stundenglass Technologies LLC (“Stundenglass”) products (“Physical Goods”) are sold as is and with all faults, subject to this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty applies to Physical Goods, and only for Physical Goods, purchased directly from Stundenglass by the consumer that seeks repair under this Limited Warranty. 

Warning: DO NOT use harsh solvents such as acidic cleaners, glass cleaners, citrus based cleaners, pipe cleaners, salt or other abrasives. Clean your Stündenglass and accessories with isopropyl alcohol or soap and warm water only. Metal parts are not dishwasher safe.  Cleaning the metal, rubber and glass components using anything other than isopropyl alcohol or soap and warm water may cause discoloration, irreparable harm, premature aging of the components and will void your warranty. Additionally, any modifications to your device will void your warranty. 

Regular cleaning is recommended to keep your unit working at peak performance. 

What does this Limited Warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers defects in material or workmanship in Physical Goods under normal use and maintenance during the Warranty Period. The warranty covers structural metal elements and not coatings or glass pieces. During the Warranty Period, Stundenglass will repair or replace, at no charge, Physical Goods or parts of a Physical Goods that Stundenglass has determined is defective in material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. Stundenglass shall have sole authority to determine whether to repair or replace a defective Physical Good. 

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period is 365 days from the date of purchase. If you register your Stundenglass at stundenglass.com/register within 30 days of purchase then your warranty extends to 10 years. A replacement Physical Good or a Physical Good that is repaired pursuant to this Limited Warranty assumes the remaining warranty period of the original Physical Good or 90 days from the Physical Good’s replacement or repair date, whichever is longer. Only serialized products qualify. Original version 1 is not covered under any warranty. Warranty is non-transferable, valid only for the original owner.

What does this limited warranty not cover? 

This Limited Warranty does not cover USED ITEMS or any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, discoloration due to chemicals used for cleaning, damage to the glass or any other parts resulting from misuse, impact, or modifications, scratches or other blemishes not existing at the time of purchase and not reported within 7 days of receiving and prior to use, corrosion or other long term permanent damage, or normal wear and tear. This warranty also does not cover lost or stolen units or parts. Modifications will void warranty. Damage In Transit must be reported before device is used and include photos of the damage inside the original packaging along with photos of the damaged packaging. 

What do you have to do?

Your Stündenglass serial number must be registered with us to file a claim. Additionally, Proof of Purchase is required along with your claim. This can be an online order confirmation or receipt from a retail store.  All claims will be denied without proof of purchase.   

To inquire about warranty service, please contact Stundenglass at customerservice@stundenglass.com concerning a return authorization. If authorized, purchasers must send the Physical Good claimed to be defective to Stundenglass for determination of whether it is appropriate for repair or replacement. All return shipping costs are assumed by the purchaser.
